We offer flat rate pricing and don’t charge extra for multiple attempts to serve.

If the party who needs to be notified has moved or supplied the wrong address, we do everything we can to find them.


Process Serving

Process Serving requires a professional, knowledgeable, pro-active support structure to provide all/any types of companies and individuals with timely, accurate service. A major part of this service is consistent and concise communication between the process serving company and its clientele.

APS’s staff of highly trained professionals give our clientele a level of comfort in knowing that our attention to detail and pro-active customer service will provide them complete, concise handling of their service of process needs.

Allied Process Servers provides our clients with service of their documents at an affordable fee

Regular Service: first attempt made within 48-72 hours

Rush Service: first attempt made within 24 hours

Expedited Service: first attempt made upon receipt

At APS, process serving is more than just getting the documents served – it is a courteous professional presenting themselves as an extension of your company and fulfilling a vital role in our judicial system.

* There is an additional fee of $25 for any paper served on a military establishment or correctional institute.

Allied Process Servers is connected to all the major credit bureaus, state motor vehicle department, and provides our clients with the most accurate and up-to-date information available. Allied Process Servers will conduct searches to locate the most recent available addresses for an individual or entity being sought. All the information provided to our clients comes from private and publicly accessible data that we access on their behalf.
